Europe has "blue" steaks, but that's really just their word for rare. I asked for medium rare and was told I wanted Rare, and it came out Red.

at least based on my limited 3 steaks I ate while there.

Most places can't even cook medium rare right, I cannot imagine how shitty your steak would be rare.

I've had beef tartar before. Now that was rare.

The 3 steaks I had were perfectly cooked and delicious. All 3 were ribeyes.

As someone who enjoys grilled calamari, I found the snails a bit too chewy.

I also enjoy calamari, but not sure I've had it grilled.

Also on the cruise I had some duck that I don't know how it was prepared, but it was delicious. Tasted a lot like bacon.
