Latest side effect of diabetes: Racism

The incident occurred Thursday before the Norman High School-Midwest City quarterfinal game in Sapulpa as "The Star-Spangled Banner" began to play. The broadcasters told listeners on the NFHS Network stream they would return after a break and then one, apparently not realizing the audio was live, used an expletive and the epithet as the Norman players kneeled.

"They're kneeling? [Expletive] them," one of the men said, video of which later went viral. "I hope Norman gets their ass kicked ... [Expletive] [epithet]."

The broadcaster who made the racially insensitive remarks later identified himself as Matt Rowan. In a statement apologizing, Rowan, who owns and operates the streaming service OSPN, said he is a Diabetic and that his blood sugar levels caused him to make the statements.

"I will state that I suffer Type 1 Diabetes and during the game my sugar was spiking," Rowan said a statement obtained by multiple media outlets. "While not excusing my remarks it is not unusual when my sugar spikes that I become disoriented and often say things that are not appropriate as well as hurtful. I do not believe that I would have made such horrible statements absent my sugar spiking."

All the other victims haven't been identified (I have heard 6 of the 8 are Asians, but this article states they are still unknown), but half of the known victims are white. So why is this story strictly being sold as a white guy murdering Asians due to hate?

First one can't be considered racist without context.

Second one is racist. The intent might not be though. Replace "Asian" with "shut" and the tweet is fixed. It'd be like if she had said "I smell like a wet white person" instead of "like a wet dog".

Last one might be racist, might not. Is there more than one TA? Is that how she was easily distinguishing them? If there's only one, it's racist. If there were more than one, not necessarily racist.

Should these prevent her from ever finding gainful employment again? No.

Anyone who doesn't believe or understand that the MSM manipulates society has their head buried firmly in their ass. That's not suggesting there's some massive conspiracy involving every newsroom, just that the people writing the stories allow their own biases and political beliefs to purposely omit facts or highlight others in an attempt to make stories fit their narrative of what's going on in society.

The video clearly shows a black man attacking that Asian woman. The video then shows another attack in a subway of a black guy knocking out an Asian guy. Black-Asian racism, going both ways, is a known thing and has been going on since forever, yet that is never mentioned nor is the word "black".

However, the writer did blame "Trump" and mention "white":
