Week 1, 75% of meals were vegetarian. Wasn't too bad. Need to work on vegetable variety though.

I just happened to listen to a Timesuck about the Templars the past two days. You should google their diet. I did it for you.

Meat three times a week. Mostly vegetarian. STRICT portion control.

Now there's a science question I'd like answered:
Nature tells males of most living things to go and spread its seed, right? So it stands to reason that STDs are a sort of "brakes" to try and get a population under control. Since animals and plants wouldn't react to a fear of STDs, what is the equivalent? What does nature do there? Is it still sex based or something else?

Week 2, only two meals had non-fish meat. 1 was leftover pepperoni pizza; the other was rotisserie chicken from our favorite Peruvian joint. So damned good. I don’t really miss meat, oddly enough.

Tofu in my pad see ew. Well, that was the one point I missed beef.
