Lifting heavy things, and then putting them back down.

You probably can't do it, so don't even try.

You need a catheter bag that big? I guess incontinence does kind of suck.

What? To hold your stomach up so you don't pee on it?

I expected something with the words "horribly swollen prostate," but those are pretty good.

I did 4-lb bicep curls. They only hurt a little.

I'm up to 45lb DBs on the bicep curls, but I had to ease way back on wrist curls, from 45 to 30lbs. It felt like the bones in my left wrist were getting pulled apart.

I think I'm really going to regret my constant curl gains in a couple weeks when I am trying to put on my wetsuit every day and it is too tight in the biceps. Custom made suits are expensive.

But goddam, that muscle just looks so good and you want it bigger. I have met my strength goals I set for myself a couple years ago, really I just need to maintain and cut fat. But I keep adding more weight.

OMG I am addicted to swole.

Damn, that's like 85% gain in less than 2 weeks. You'll be curling like a thousand pounds in a few months at this rate.

Not to make you feel bad, but I went up to 10lbs today. I'm up 150% in < 2 weeks.

Sick gains, yo

Up to 15 lbs today. Biceps + triceps. Felt a little bit twingy on the surgery arm. Was able to do 15 reps, but going to hold at this weight for a while til it feels smoother.

17.5 lbs and climbing. Still doing 15 reps to reduce risk of injury, 2 sets today.

Take it so slow. I used to bitch about my joints and shit aching... the last few months, I've felt great. I think I finally talked my body into joining me on my "let's get back in shape" mission. Meaning, I finally convinced it that I was going to keep lifting, so my joints and ligaments might as well just get on board with it.

But take it slow. DOn't damage shit agian. There's no rush.

My surgeon actually said I could be more aggressive, that I should be healed up, and let pain be my guide. My PT said any weight I could do 15 reps of is fine. I'm just going 2.5 lbs/week for now until I can't do 15.

I've been told I should never bring my elbows behind shoulders again for weight lifting. Implying limited range of motion on bench press + push-ups, for example.

Cleared for knee push-ups. But only to bending my elbow to 90 degrees.
