In33dt0b3@bl3t0r3m3mb3rthep@$$w0rdudumbfuck$

results in:
Unfortunately, your password contains a word, phrase, or pattern that makes it easily guessable. Please try again with a different password.

Emphasis mine.

FINALLY got it to accept a password. Clicked the link to login. General failure.

Closed the window. Searched for the site again. Entered my user ID. It didn't even ask for a password and just let me in.

*sigh*

Profit > Customer Service

MS also isn't selling Surface Book 3s with W10 Pro anywhere except for their online store and Amazon. I think I might move my remote sales folks back to laptops...

That would be a wise move as long as they ripped it away from Chinese jurisdiction.

Microsoft: Your bill is past due (thanks to my hacked credit card)
Me: OK, let's pay it. Oo, can I actually transfer it to someone else?
Microsoft: You must pay past due bill before transferring.
Me: OK, fine, I'll pay. (pays)
Microsoft: Thank you for paying.
Me: OK, I'd like to transfer the billing to someone else.
Microsoft: You cannot transfer a past due account.
Me: Didn't I just pay it?
Microsoft: Yes.
Me: So, I'd like to transfer it.
Microsoft: You cannot transfer a past due account.

Guess I'll try again tomorrow.

That's a pretty huge difference, if I remember how scientific notation works.
