And I got this a few weeks ago, to free up some counter space. This is straight-single dad/maintaining a house, shit. It's fucking awesome. Game changer. Almost makes it fun to do dishes.

Love that shoe dryer thing and will probably buy one.

Those shelves over the sink, while good for usage are aesthetically unpleasing.

Sometimes I just sit at the table and stare at it while sipping coffee, because it is so beautiful.

Serious question: why do people need these?

Aside from living in Norway

I need one now and then at home.... but I really need a travel one, with the kinds of vacations I take. We're always trying to dry shoes/gear on hotel AC/Heater units.

Mainly playing in or shoveling snow.

Sometimes floods...

Ah, that does make sense.

Hunters often use them. You really don't want to go out in freezing temps in your hunting boots that are moist inside from the evening hunt before. They've been around forever. I'm guessing the decline in hunting has made them more unknown.

I was late to the game, but I got a Roomba for Christmas.

This thing is awesome. I'm a single man.... I don't like cleaning the house every day. I put aside a few hours on Sunday to do anything beyond just washing dishes. But this Roomba will spend two hours vacuuming whenever I push the button, and then recharge itself. I love it. I never realized how much I enjoy having clean floors, all the time.

Was gifted this one. They get fancier (And I'm eyeballing the one that will mop my kitchen floor).

It is nice. We got one a few months ago. Not sure which model, but it vacuum s and empties itself into a larger thing. With bare feet feels much better
