It's cute. Something kids his age would probably have fun playing. Any my parents. Most people would find it entertaining.

my PC

It's all my responsibility, but certainly not my domain. She should be able to go where ever she wants. I just have to keep it running smooth. And actually, I have everyone pretty trained about viruses. It's the spyware that gets in.

My own intelligence as first line. Router as second line. I occationally run virus scanner for checks and balances. Haven't been infected in years. I run Ad Aware when someone else uses my PC.

When it comes to war, the only winning move is . . . not to play.

Lastly, I've fried a CPU by putting the fan on backwards. Make SURE you have a good fan, and you put it on right. :-) Upon looking, it was a really dumb move on my part. Follow instructions (which I didn't cause 'how hard can it be'). Once you look at their pictures, it's obvious. Fan install Edite...

I don't know of any good sites. Watched someone do it once and learned "That's no big deal". Just make sure your jumpers are set correctly. :-) Actually, 99% chance it will be done in bios. I've only built AMD machines, and AMD tells you what settings you should use for each CPU. Settings...

Check the CAS as well. The $300 might be CAS 2 with the $90 being CAS 3. Big margine for the two, but there is always a difference.

Then they shouldn't be wandering through the dark allies of the Internet if they can't handle what they catch. :-) People need to realize that the Internet is untamed and wild. It's not that hard to find what you need on mainstream sites. No, you can't view your porn or get the key code to run that ...

Many many many many many moons ago, I played Warbirds. LOVED flying back then and had a really good joystick for the times. Had a throttle built into it!! Fully programable, etc. Anyway, use to play it quite a bit. Was 2.95/hour to play. Got expensive, and couldn't afford to play that much. I LOVED...

My wife recently used my PC to check some stuff out. Ended up on many wacked out sites. She'll follow links she hears about on the radio, then goes off on tangents to here and there. Anyway, she landed on some site that autoloaded some nasty stuff. Basically, it hijacked my searching abilities. If ...

We saw #2 at the theaters early. So it was crowded. 3 girls sat behind us, with no parents. They talked the entire movie, even with me telling them to please be quiet, and then to shut up. They had read the book, and would tell each other the whole story, just before it happened on the screen. &quo...

Wizardry 8 is in an FP perspective. But, the battles are turn based, so the lack of 'surroundings perspective' isn't an issue. You have time to turn around, find the rat, assign people to attack, etc. But real-time rpg requires a birds eye view of the situation.
