Well, my wife is a CPA, so we're pretty conservative on the tax stuff. A friend of mine started his own consulting firm as well, and... is much more adventurous with his tax deductions, kids on payroll, etc.

Few notes: 1) For action, it's great, and fun. 2) The dialogue is a bit hackneyed and trite. 3) It needs a deeper, underlying thread/plot. They've hinted at it with the "boss" character, but so far, nothing's really there. 4) The Guerrero/black guy dynamic is repetitive and needs to move ...

2 is probably a true minimum. I would do 4 if you plan to run much else at the same time. I run 8 on my dev server at home, but I also run Oracle and SQL on it at the same time.
