X (2022)

My take, and this is with a normal amount of horror movies under my belt. So no expert. I found it interesting that they were stressing "Making a porno with a plot, like a movie". "Make it art". I feel like they tried to do that with horror. So many horror movies are just "W...

I don't feel like rewatching it, but didn't she say "My record is not broken" or something close to that?

The [s]First[/s] Only Trump term...so far

Good thing he's the only politician that does that. All the other ones are good and care about us!

The First Biden Term

First, fuck Trump too. Don't confuse disliking Biden as support for Trump. This is the thread where we talk about Biden. The Trump thread is pretty silent because we all agree he sucks. But I'm surprised you think Biden is innocent, simply because he's not in court. I mean, you do know that rich pow...

The First Biden Term

I'm sure Biden is a great guy. A solid and straight as an arrow politician who's never crossed any lines as he assended the ladder of power and wealth. Lots of good honest people reach these levels of power without ever breaking any rules. Due to the lack of convictions, I'm sure all of our politici...

Well, as has been shown through out history, if it can't be proven in court, then there must not be any crime. There's never been a time where someone in power was able to squash things so they don't see their day in court.

You can advocate for change while still taking what's better in the present.
By doing that, you perpetuate the status quo. If we don't stop voting for these people, they won't stop sending them.

Both sides are not equally guilty. If you think that, you're one of the ignorant. Catt doubling down on being a cultist. :-) If you start totaling up all the wrong each side is doing, doesn't it cross a point where it really doesn't matter who's in the lead? Things are just really really fucked up....

They look like MMA caliber builds playing a team based 'smear the queer' type game. But I will add, as the bracket got deeper into the 5th, 6th place teams, the player size shrunk dramatically. They weren't that different from women's soccer players. The top 4 teams were beefy. Tells me size matters...

Meh. Didn't they say the same thing about the home run record? It's gets an asterisk because more games are played, bats and balls have changed, fields have changed, etc, etc. She's just bitter, I think. I mean, do we have a 'record high' for each different iteration of the game? Which one means mor...

Tuned in for the hell of it. Fun sport to watch. It took me a minute to figure out the rules, and I still don't know all of them. But it's very fast. Game only last about 10 minutes or so. So they are playing an entire tournament in one evening. US men's team is out. US women's are in the final agai...

Sure, it was a good call. But is it called all the time, every time? Or just at the end of a game to make sure their golden child continues to play? I have no horse in the race, but, it did seem like one of those calls that 90% of the time, is not called.

Who you bringing back?

No, I'm selfishly dragging Robin Williams kicking and screaming back from then afterlife. hehe You don't think his comedy would suffer from this experience? I kind of feel like his heart wouldn't be in it this time around. Robin's up on stage, not feelin' it. Troy's like "Dance monkey!!"

I feel like that could be said about most overdoses. They'd all say "Oops. I took too much." And when we bring them back "Well, I know my limit now!" Until they think they can/need to surpass it later.

Who you bringing back?

My first instinct was Farley and Ledger. Because they were the two I enjoyed the most. I found Cobain extremely annoying. Williams was up there. I started watching the F&F franchise just the other day, so Walker felt higher than he should be? But then I was thinking, Williams wanted to be done, ...
