I've been seeing a lot of these types of stories lately, so I'll just put them all in this thread.

72 year old former Marine beats down would-be thief.

With a great "oh man I am gonna fuck you up sooo bad..." pic.

The 26th was an internet radio blackout day, you know, in protest of the outrageous fees about to go into effect for net radio broadcasters.

Blackout before the blackout, so to speak.

I'm 36, and when I was 10 I was sending email and using the internet (at the time called BBSes and ARPANET and usenet) and playing some pretty darn good games on my C64. Better change that to "Regards, The over 40 Crowd" Yeah, I did my first Internet in 1986. I believe I dialed up a BBS O...

Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Articles 22-28)

What is this? Is it in the US Constitution, the only document of law under which I live? (you know what I mean)

Because if it is some sort of UN bullshit or something..... it aint American law.

I'm in that office building now, that you mentioned.

Seems like the gamr devs said, "Oh man... let's put our EXACT office cubicle layout in here, even though it will serve no purpose in the game! That would be so cool!"

What would you rather have... a mermaid with the torso of an attractive woman, but the tail of a fish... or a reverse mermaid with the torso of a fish but everything from the waist-down is an well-proportioned, human, female ass and legs?

Think carefully.

The dust jacket has a portrait of General Lee holding an AK-47... and that's about all I need to say about it. Act One was fun, as it was the Confederacy given the boon of advanced infantry weapons from the future, via time travelling assholes (not assholes because they helped the south... assholes...

MY GUESS is that it is on the mobo.

But this is one of the tiny fans connected to the mobo, right? Could be anywhere at that point.

The big case fans, though, there are no sensors on them, even though the mobo can monitor their rotation speed.

Played for about 45 minutes last night. I hit a couple of those "flashback/vision" scenes... the wife kept asking me why I kep saying "oh my god... oh my god..."

Creepy.

I agree with what someone said earlier about this game being creepier than Doom 3. I was getting shivers.

The Riddick game's "Developer's Cut" had the same function, but it was a little hard to listen to commentary when you still had to fight your way at the same time through the game.

I'd say just make sure to set bios to shut down your pc if chipset temps hit max, and then disable the fan warning. Could be a bad fan sensor.

Well, government screws a lot of things up, but government absolutely should run health care because health care is a basic human right.

Tell me you haven't heard someone say that with a straight face.

I've heard it on this very forum, in the past.
