1. Aliens are a menace to all life in the universe, and would destory everything if not for the one force that keeps them in check: Thin women acting alone. That's right. No heavily armed squad of space marines or group of Predators can match the power of one woman with no combat skills or equipmen...

I waited patiently for the DVD as I didn't want to see the watered down PG-13 version. I'll be honest and say that I didn't have high hopes for this film as it had a small budget, a shitty director/writer, no name stars, and Hollywood has a habit of screwing up existing franchises. In fact, a few m...

You've just moved up on the universal hitlist for when I conquer the planet.

You should ponder whether or not its wise to kill your enemies or make friends with them.

A ruler of conquered lands would find his most valuable ally in the leader of the resistance.

I reviewed this one a loooooooong time ago. I liked it too, although I thought it was a bit more predictable. Of interest to The Catt might be the fact that this movie is, I assume, based on yet another short story. Incidentally, its another one I don't remember the name of, but I do remember that ...

I enjoyed this film too. It wasn't the best sports film, but it wasn't bad.

The following paragraph is essentially what you'd see on the back of the DVD box. If you don't want to read it because you want to go into this film totally fresh, well I have to ask why the hell did you even click into this chain? Anyway, the story goes like this: An honor student busting his ass ...

Dead. Ok, now's their chance to give this franchise life again. Don't release any new shows or films for 5 years. Hire any writers from TNG that you can get back into the fold. Fire anyone who worked on Voyager, Enterprise, and Deep Space Nine (the writing was ok on DS9, but they took themselves wa...

Article.

It seems like everytime a new technology is developed to speed up PCs, a new one is discovered that trumps that.

I just wish they could actually bring something to market.

Alien Vs Preditor That's a double insult to Hollywood's audience since AvP was originally a comic book series before it was even a game. Here's another one where actual fans of the properties wanted something different than what Hollywood made. Results? Bad reviews. Pissed off fans. No chance for s...

It just occured to me that it was also the plot of the remade Dawn of the Dead. Here's a hint to Hollywood If your film has already spawned an online petition asking you to rethink what you're doing, then you're probably turning off your core audience. If you're a fan of DOOM, go there and check ou...

I liked that movie the first time I saw it when it was called Resident Evil.

Not that we needed it, but here's more proof that Hollywood doesn't give a fuck about their audience or about any existing licenses: The DOOM movie will have nothing to do with hell or demons. Its going to be about virus infected zombies. Un-fucking-believeable. Its obvious that the people running ...

I liked this movie as well.

This is an example of a film that's completely unrealistic, yet still fun and entertaining. It never takes itself too seriously.

Very well done.

Zach Braff of Scrubs (the best network sitcom on TV the last 4 years and running) fame writes, directs, and stars in this story about a young man who is escaping his past and finally starting his life. While there are plenty of laughs to be found here, this film isn't a comedy and brains are defini...
