Basically free. can pay to get some enhacenments and stuff. Kinda like a civilization simulation. you have a city, and try to extract materials etc, to build new stuff, then raise an army to attack.
Just started tonight (server 4, location: x:21 y:119 if you want to try and be nearby)
Apparently that coordinate equates to North East, fyi.
