A Ghost House film. This one's a European indy.
A family goes on vacation to a friend's in the country and things go south when their kids start acting weird.
Think of any horror movie featuring children, mix in 28 Days Later, add a pinch of dramatic subplots that go nowhere, and then make it boring as hell. That's this film.
31 minutes. That's the amount of time it takes for anything to happen in this movie, and even that is nothing.
Just a dull, dull film that really forces the viewer to accept that all the adults are morons, and that kids become insane genius ninjas when they get a cold. That's not as exaggerated as you think...seriously.
On the plus side, there are some really good performances, a couple of good effects, and some nice cinematography (even if a lot of it screams "new director").
Despite those positives, there just isn't enough here to recommend.
3 out of 10.
