What if somebody urinates in public and my kid sees it? I don't want him to see a schlong! Not even his own!

Thinking of all the times I have peed outside. Maybe I should turn myself in. Maybe everyone here should turn themselves in for the times you looked at a 16 year old girl and had improper thoughts. Flooding the system with 85% of the male population. Yes it would defeat the purpose of the program, letting you know someone in your neighborhood may be dangerous but maybe someone else would get the hint on how rediculous part of the system is.

I agree it can get out of hand, but after I moved into my new apartment I looked up the list in my area and it was interesting to find the creepy old guy who lives across the hall from me has got arressted twice for flashing females. I'll know if he knocks on my door with a trench coat on I wont be answering.
Oh and I wont be going into his apartment, again to see the paintings hes done of jesus and dogs that he just had to show me.
