Actually, Clinton lobbed a little over a billion dollars worth of cruise missles at Iraq around the time the Jizz-gate was going on. Why? Because Saddam was not complying with UN resolutions to disarm.I agree about George Sr.'s mistake. He should have taken Saddam out back in 1991.
As for Clinton, he tried and failed multiple times to kill Osama.

Obviously the "dolt" George W. Bush was somehow able to lie in such a clever way that he actually fooled Clinton 3 years earlier than he actually took office.
If Bush, hell... if anyone... was capable of doing what all these useful idiots on the left think he is capable and intelligent enough to do (despite the fact that they continuosly refer to him as an idiot) what they accuse him of doing, then we need to amend the Constitution to keep him in office.

Clinton, to my knowledge, never tried to take out Osama until long after he had the oppertunity to get him. It was in the last year of so of his administration. Long after the first attack on the World Trade Center.
