Never tell the truth and make a sale.

I contacted Apple for support a week or so ago in rolling out multiple iPad2s. The response I received 24 hours later was a link to the user forums. Not to a specific forum on the subject. Just a link to the forums that Apple users populate.

Awesome customer service. Really.

Maybe they just haven't figured out how to make it proprietary yet...

Maybe they should've taken their security seriously when no one gave a fuck about making them look stupid.
