Interesting. On paper it reads ok, but I'm torn. I certainly don't want the government dictating 'net neutrality', but big companies aren't much better. What would happen to dark nets or private distributed systems that rely on encrypted network traffic? Do we need to start building a network that runs over ham radio frequencies to maintain unfettered freedom?
