What software/website/etc. do you (or your company) use for online collaborative meetings?

For example: Manager A in Ohio wants to have a meeting with Manager B in California and Salesperson A in North Carolina. During the meeting, an Excel spreadsheet will be shown by Manager A and he'd like to make changes to it so that the other participants see the changes and effects live.
