Yeah, it's slow and not at all user friendly.
Picture Mozilla except slower, although without the memory leaks.

I hate it (IE 7). As Leisher says it's not user friendly. I've also had it crash for no apparent reason. Although I do a lot of multimedia development so having all the stuff up probably didn't help

I've seen it install during my WinXP automatic updates, but I use Firefox so who cares.

No problems with it so far. At least, none that I didn't experience w/ 6.
Bit of a learning curve figuring out how to bookmark pages and stuff. Not really hard, just different than what I'm used to.

I've been avoiding it on each PC as it comes up.
Sounds like I'll keep avoiding it for now.

I've had two PC's come in recently because iexplore.exe would hog 98% of the CPU. In both cases uninstalling IE7 fixed it.
I reinstalled IE7 on both, and they worked. But the next day one of them had the same problem again. So I uninstalled IE7 and just left 6 on it.
I don't like IE7, though, I think that once they get the bugs worked out and I get used to how stuff is arranged I'll like it more. (Never was a fan of IE5 though)

Hey, I just discovered where the stop button is in IE7!
Just another thing that's pissing me off to the point that I'm ready to go back to Firefox and it's memory leaks.

Memory leaks are doing better in FireFox 2.0, but it strangely uses 30-50% of my CPU if I come back from standy mode.

Firefox 2.0 threw me off a bit at first, particularly where they put the "x" to close the windows, but since I've gotten used to that, I love it.

I really like the X where it is in 2.0. I had 1.5x on an old machine, and it totally bugged me to have the X so far to the right.

To their credit, I think IE 7 actually put the "x" on the tab first.
Have you noticed that if you've completed some downloads, Firefox will run slower until you clear the downloaded files list?

I went back to FireFox this morning.
IE pisses me off too much. I hate typing in a URL only to look up and see that the curser had jumped down to another box.
I also hate how when you type an address in IE the suggested addresses come up in last accessed order rather than most visited order.
Firefox opens up new stuff a lot quicker as well.

Heheh... that was one of the annoying things that IE 7 actually fixed for me. IE 6 did it to me all the time.

Because I've been on Woot the last two days, one thing has really pissed me off about IE 7, the teeny, tiny refresh button.
It's probably one of the most used buttons so they make it as small as possible and stick it way up in a corner?

It took me a long time to find that refresh button. I glanced over it I don't know how many times.

It's called ReloadEvery and I think I got it off the usual FireFox add-on site.
FYI - it adds a small drop-down to the existing refresh button, in case you start wondering where it is.
