Agree at face value, but it's a bit of a simplistic take.

To be fair, based on Flint, Michigan, Ds aren't really too concerned about it either. You know, unless it's the SotU address after Super Tuesday and we're now full on campaigning for votes. Weird how it wasn't an issue previously.

Also, Kobach is wrong, but also right. He's an absolute idiot suggesting it wouldn't be worth doing. It's fucking lead pipes you dolt! However, it not being funded is a concern in a country with out of control debt, as is forcing homeowners to take care of the pipes on their property. Listen, they should be responsible (maybe? perhaps the people who put the pipes in should be?), but we need to figure out a way for them to pay this without going bankrupt. Plumbing is expensive.
