I don't think he personally walked up to them and put bullets in the guys. Nor can I recall any prez doing so. I think the Chief of Police in Dallas has done a great job. From what I hear he's been doing a really good job with community outreach and the incident reports are way down. He also has a very personal connection to all this. His son was a cop killer that was gunned down by the police.
