Anybody who cares about cholesterol numbers or, god forbid, recommends statins is a dipshit. Notwithstanding that some of the other advice is ok.

He really recommends understanding the composition of your cholesterol, looking for VLDL or using some of the newer tests (ApoB/Lp(a)), which can genetically make you much more likely to die of/have heart disease regardless of your exercise / weight / etc.

The cost of medication is not included in the $179 three-month plan, and Sesame warned on its website that without insurance, GLP-1s can cost between $950 and $1,600 per month.

Some people go to Costco for its $1.50 hot dogs, others for its $179 Ozempic prescriptions.
