Color Out of Space

Nic Cage is a hippie-ish family man living out in the sticks of New England, somewhere. One day a meteorite falls on their property and things to all "Lonesome Death of Jodie Verril" on them, but different.
It's Lovecraft, and lots of references. Less "Great Old Ones" and more "Extradimensional Aliens" type of horror.
I'm not sure how to describe it. It isn't one of those "feel good" horrors with a happy ending. Things get fucked up and there are even kids involved.
Not sure if it's worth your time.
