Netflix.

A DARPA engineer makes a new type of combat field goggles... And they are making ghosts visible, and angry.

This is an interesting movie that I'd never heard of. A+ production values, no fewer than three actors I was able to name, and a plot that revolved around an engineer in combat, using his head to solve problems.

The only real.problem I have with this flick is that the science is sort of.soft... imagine if Tony Stark had built five iron man suits in that cave, in the first six hours he was there. That sort of happens in this movie.

But whatev. I find myself hoping for a sequel, with that character.

Interesting, Universal dropped $70 million on the movie, but abandoned it and sold it to Netflix. They had intended for the movie t be a major release.

I guess I could include a trailer. Stop half way if you want to be surprised by some set pieces.

Good popcorn movie, never took itself too seriously.

Even still, there aren't enough hours or hands or brains in the day to do what he did to prep the team at the end. Threw me a little.

Yep.

Even early when he said "reverse the polarity," I wondered if they were being serious.

Another one I forgot I watched.

About 10 minutes in it felt familiar. Half way through I paused and searched for this thread. Yep.

I remembered about 10% of it. Still would have been a good starting place for a series of movies.
