So, my wife got me a BUNCH of grass fed dry-aged steak/meat for Christmas, yay!
It's mostly yay. The meat portion of it tastes great. But the fatty parts taste like fish. Apparently this is at least somewhat due to the Omega 3s in the grass fed beef?
Anyone else have this experience? The Internet says a lot of other people do. I usually love the fatty parts, but I just couldn't. And that's speaking as someone who enjoys fish.
