It didn't really ask for proof.

Discrimination.

Non-vets shouldn't be allowed to have opinions.

I took the first AWS certification exam tonight. It was dumb. I really hate the "memorize useless facts" versions of these tests, but they are all like that.

I passed.

Like when the A+ cert had you memorize every CPU version starting from the 8088? I think it's out now. But as late as 2015, you had to know every generation of CPU from the 8088 forward.

Most cert tests are really stupid like that. Memorize all this shit you will never need to know again.

Nothing says X-Mas like the Holocaust.

On the bright side, if any were sold, you can probably add those people to a watch list.

I first went to reInvent in 2015, which was their 5th conference, iirc. 19k people. 32k, 40k, 51k followed.

This year, 65,000 people. It's a little insane how busy it is.

The one who sat next to me on the plane was probably flirting with 300 lbs, and had gas.

I've been advocating "Cargo Class" airplane seating, on reddit. Cargo planes, big stalls, hay on the floor, for livestock and huge fatties. My upvotes usually exceed my downvotes.

Don't worry Gordo, the government is going to tax the fat right out of those people.

Catt, if you see Bezos' ex, tell her to call me.

Just the hint of that policy would have ambulance chasers salivating at the class action lawsuits.

It's logical. More weight = more fuel. There are already weight limits on luggage. Why can I weigh 200 and have to pay extra for a 51 pound suitcase, when Fatty McLandwhale gets to hobble on weighing 3 hundo, and takes up 1.4 seats?

Don't get me wrong, I'm 1000% on your side here.

Airlines should take the average weight of an American (195.8 for men and 168.4 for women <--That is WAY higher than it should be...), throw an extra # of pounds on there in whatever calculations they do for fuel, and then impose a fee if someone is over it.

"We have to put in 3 more pounds of fuel because of your fat ass, so you're paying for it."

Cargo Class flights. The livestock get roomy stalls, and those on the people-planes don't have to surrender a portion of their seats for fat rolls.

I'd like to also add Cargo-Class for people with emotional support animals.
