I like it. The movie franchise has been pretty dead since 1980, someone is finally exploring the universe. Should have been done over a decade ago when the actors weren't beginning to kick off/breaking hips/etc.

Honestly, I do too, the last two movies have been really solid. I assumed it was a play on all the people dying.

We want to assure our fans that Lucasfilm has no plans to digitally recreate Carrie Fisher’s performance as Princess or General Leia Organa.
That does leave open some other options.

Deleted Episode VII scene.... I think they should have left it in, showing how Chewie is starting to feel protective of Rey.

From what I saw, they deleted the best scene in the movie.
