Also, I truly feel that anyone arrested while committing an act of violence during a riot (violence, arson, or looting) should be deported with no chance of citizenship ever if they're illegal. If they're a citizen, then the standard criminal penalties plus the loss of the right to vote. Sorry, but you've proven you're not a rational thinker, and therefore shouldn't vote. (Let's at least give them a 10 year time out from voting.)

And yes, charges should apply even if the people are just "having fun watching cars burn", which is easily one of the stupidest things I've ever heard a news anchor utter (google it if you haven't seen it), and this is within 5 years of "mostly peaceful protesting" said in front of a burning building.

Trump puts out an EO saying any company using illegal labor (NOT those here on workers visas), directly or indirectly, will be subject to fines of $X. Additionally, any employees found to be participating will be held criminally responsible (which is technically already real).

The $X being enough to make it unprofitable by a significant margin.

You have one month to comply and the offer for self deportation and the $1,000 bonus for doing so is in effect until then.

That's on the illegal, but if your entire workforce has that, it's likely being organized by the business.

Listen, there's no magic fix for everything, but doing something is better than nothing. We could try or we could just sit back and watch cities burn while politicians point fingers instead of taking actual action.

Immigration should be a slow process, in terms of, the number you bring in. They must be given time to assimilate. If you bring in too many, too quickly, they will not assimilate and will instead bring their current way of living (culture) to you.
