The Patriots can pull another TE out of their ass, I'm certain. Just like they did with the other two.

The Patriots released him this morning after his arrest.

Cleveland Browns rookie linebacker Ausar Walcott was arrested Tuesday and charged with attempted murder for allegedly punching a man outside a club in Northern New Jersey.

Jesus. Attempted murder for a shot to the head? Still a dumb-ass move, but isn't that assault?

Abreu, who was driving, stopped at a traffic light on Shawmut Avenue, about to make a left onto Herald Street, when a silver or gray SUV with Rhode Island license plates pulled alongside the sedan. Someone from the SUV opened fire, killing Abreu, 29, and Furtado, 28.

The men who were with them survived the attack and the killings were left unsolved.

The officials said investigators now believe that Odin Lloyd, the man Hernandez is charged with killing in a North Attleborough industrial park June 17, may have had information about Hernandez’s role in the double slaying.

Cashing in on murder.
But when the sordid details about the case piled on by the day, Lamothe looked at the Number 81 Aaron Hernandez Patriots jersey in his house and knew he wanted it gone.

“I thought about giving it to Goodwill,” he said, “but I didn’t think anybody would want it.”

So instead, he put it on eBay, the online auction site. “I thought I might get $15 for it,” he said.

On Sunday, it sold for $289.

Vince Young forced to sell his possessions.

Signed in 2006 to a guaranteed $26 million contract, and broke in 2013.

Blame your financial adviser all you want Vince, but the majority of the blame still has to fall on you.

I feel like I could be these people's advisers, and get their shit together. But I have a feeling way too many of them would just fire me so they could do stupid things.

Pro Tips for Professional Athletes:

#1 - Your friends will hang out with you even when you're not picking up the tab. The rest of your "posse" isn't needed, dismiss them.

#2 - Rich people don't stay rich by giving all their money away.

#3 - Absolutely help out parents and siblings, but after that, it's not up to you to take of everyone that's ever attended a family function.

#4 - Live the life of a man who isn't worried about day to day expenses, not the life of a man who is guaranteed to be rich forever.

#5 - Live off the interest.

Hey, Aaron Rodgers and two or three other QBs might get hurt. Maybe their o-line is really weak.

Most Valuable teams.

This seems like bullshit.

The Jets are at #6. Why? Seriously, someone explain to me how a team that struggles to be irrelevant is #6 on the list. They also, as stated, had one of the lowest attendance figures last year. I also know they're never near the top of the sales charts in terms of licensed gear. How the fuck are they #6.

The Steelers are at #14 despite having more Super Bowl victories than anyone else, the second highest all time winning percentage, always being the top 5 in licensed gear sold, selling out every game, and being the number one road team in terms of fan attendance.

I don't get it.
