E: based on Russia’s willingness to bomb civilians early and often during the war, I never thought it was fake or anything

Ukraine says they have found two Chinese nationals fighting for Russia.

The question becomes if they're mercs or sent by the government.

Pretty sure there are non-Ukrainian mercs fighting for Ukraine, so if these guys are just mercs, there's no story. If they're part of a Chinese unit and actually fighting, it becomes a major story.

Vice President of the "Transneft" company, Andrey Bedelov, has passed away, APA's Moscow correspondent reports citing Mash.

It was reported that he died this morning after falling from the window of his apartment on Rublevskoye Highway.

Roman Starovoit, the ex-governor of the Kursk region, is reported to have taken his own life.
