If I were Ukraine I would send an entire hundreds-of-missiles barrage at the Kremlin. Way overkill, but as long as a few get through and it gets flattened, it's a massive symbolic victory and Russia won't be able to hide that defeat from their populace.

Ukraine is claiming Russia used an ICBM on them. Russia says it was a ballistic missile, but not an ICBM.

If it wasn't a nuke, I'm honestly not sure why this is headline news?

But we're talking about the press. Their "23% accurate" description especially applies to all things military, when they think every semi-automatic rifle is an AK-47 assault machine gun that people dont even need for hunting.
