That's just it, people ARE betting on them!
"There are more bets on the Browns to win the AFC North than the other three teams combined," a sportsbook manager for Caesars Palace told ESPN. "Only the Raiders and Steelers have more bets to win the AFC [than the Browns]. The public likes the Browns, and I'm not sure why."

I didn't read the article. I just figured it was a given to bash the Browns.

Well, the whole point of the article is that people did bet on Cleveland. So much that it's the only team where Vegas loses a bunch of money if they win.

He also predicts they'll be 10-3 at some point this year.
Here's the thing about all the positive predictions for the Browns, if they fail to materialize, even a little bit, shit's going south hard. Their mistake is not leaving themselves wiggle room. It's ok to say, "We probably won't win it all this year, but we'll make progress as a team."
Selfish prick has to report soon or he'll be tied to the Steelers next year as well.
Pouncey added: "Last year [Bell] didn't need any [practices] and was best in the league. It's fine. He showed up last year at the same time. Totally fine, trust me."
I actually think this is a good move by Nike. The people who go out of their way to buy their overpriced shoes are the ones most likely to relate to Kaep or rebellion.
People who aren't likely to relate probably don't buy Nikes anyway or don't buy the top of the line ones.
