Hunter's plea deal falls apart.

Biden impeachment talks heat up.

These two things are not related, but they are totally related.

I could see Ds being willing to play ball and go after Biden at this point because it gets them political capital, makes them look like they're willing to go after their own in the name of doing the right thing, and helps them replace him without them actually dumping him. This is at a time when the opposition is the very unpopular DeSantis and the popular/unpopular Trump who is facing tons of legal issues. Point being the Rs aren't in a position to take advantage.

However, I could also see them fight this tooth and nail because nobody in DC is able to see farther than the next election.

All of a sudden, "Joe Biden never had any contact with Hunter's business associates" has become "Joe never said that. Of course he spoke with them, but not about business, just casual discussions."

Doesn't matter if it's true. Now, one person heard the second story and not the first, and that's reality in their mind, and they'll argue with everyone who will listen that the second story is true.

After the testimony and before ANY news stories were out, both sides had reps on Twitter immediately discussing it. Rs were saying this is the biggest corruption scandal in American history. Ds were saying this was a big nothing. Each had completely different version of events. Their cultists were giving each version likes showing they don't need proof, just need to hear it from their preferred color of tie.

The two parties do NOT work for us and the cultists are going to continue to make sure nothing ever gets done about that.

None of them get rich representing the little people.

Biden is so unpopular and people are so unhappy with the country that CNN warns Trump has a good chance to win.

Most D voters want an alternative to Biden. Let's see if the people who vote in primaries agree.

Because no one ever told them grudge politics can go both ways.

This person has thrown together all(?) of the incriminating evidence against the Biden family from the Hunter Biden laptop.

IF all of this is true, it begs some questions:
1. Why is Hunter only in trouble for a gun charge?
2. Where is the grand investigation into Biden?
3. Why is the majority of the MSM still silent on this story?

I hope that Ukanian oil (?) company of which Hunter sits on the board isn't suffering too much without his leadership.

The White House was claiming that in the event of the "Extreme Republican Shutdown" (their words) of the government, active duty military would be expected to go to work, but not get paid, and then get back pay when it's all done.

But wouldn't that be a breach of contract by the government, allowing the troops to just walk away, if they want?

And can you imagine what that does of the economy of military towns if the source of 90% of their income has no money?

Those darn Republicans, threatening that extreme shutdown with Biden and the Democrats helpless to stop it. When oh when will the Democrats stop being so powerless and impotent in the face of the mighty republicans

It's very easy to take pay away from people who don't typically vote for you.

I wonder if Congress wasn't going to get paid? Or agencies who have recently been tied strongly to the Ds, like the IRS, DOJ, and FBI?

This pretty much sums up my view of the current country we live in, and have been proclaiming for at least decade. The game is fixed and nothing will change without blood. I'm clearly the guy on the bottom.

The White House Twitter account posted pictures of them meeting and didn't hide the operatives' faces...

Oh good operatives can use them as flash cards to try and find them in 18 hours.
