Papa Johns pulling ads. Blame NFL anthem stuff for declining sales.

I'm sure they're getting some bit of it, but personally I think Papa John's is one of, if not, THE worst pizza out there.

Yeah... Bad pizza bears most of the blame.

That being said, I had dominos Monday night cuz I was sick and the wife was taking a kid to gymnastics. IT was gross.

Cowherd discussed this today and called it fake news. Here are some facts:
-Papa John's statement specifically calls out NFL Leadership (Goodell).
-Papa John's has been struggling for awhile and is fighting between 3rd and 4th with Little Caesar's. Pizza Hunt and Dominoes are the top pizza chains.
-Papa John's sales were up 1% last year. Investors wanted 6%.
-Jerry Jones, the guy pissed at Goodell, is the largest shareholder of Papa Johns aside from the founder.
UPDATE:
-Pizza Hut says the anthem protest hasn't affected their sales.
-Apparently, Bud sales are way up too, and they're the NFL's premier sponsor.

Point being, this is Jones taking another shot at Goodell. Meanwhile, Papa Johns is going to try and connect with Americans by saying they care about America.

I read that right after picking up Houston's kicker for this weekend. So I quickly dumped him and picked up Gano.

My team is the lowest scoring in the league. 10% pts below the next worst, and 35% below the highest. Yet, I'm 4-5, in a 4-way tie for 4th, and ahead of 3 other teams. Points Against, I'm middling, average, right in the middle. I'm outscored by 17 points on average.
