4 points for every Passing TD QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DB, DL, LB
2 extra points for every Passing TD of 50 or more yards QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DB, DL, LB

-1 point for every Interception QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DB, DL, LB

I won my league last year with no IR, Chris Ivory as my top RB (which should indicate how fucked I was at that position), and getting the shitty, short end of the only trade I did due to injuries the week after.
