Aw man. Felt pretty believable. I do remember a Monday in Biden's term (early 2024, maybe? since the campaign was going) when Republicans went apoplectic about the stocks going down about 1.5%, then they rebounded that same week. But, I do not recall Trump being one of them.

I think we're past the point where it's going to be either all fake, or all wildly out of context, because it isn't about educating people, it's about pissing them off and getting ad impressions. They keep the firehose on blasting in our faces like a porn shoot at Leisher's house, and by the time the thing 3 days ago gets revealed as fake, 8000 new things have been blasted down your throat like a porn shoot at Leisher's house.

I have a feeling all the fakeness slowly alters your perception of reality.

Why spend any money at all "researching" current events, when you can just read what someone else paid for, spin it to be more sensational, then firehose it out for your advertising impressions? You don't even need to print a retraction 3 days later if you get called out. That was 3 news cycles ago and the firehose is still covering everything like Leisher in the middle of all those black guys at the porn shoot.

This is correct and why traditional outlets are losing to new outlets and also reporting bullshit more often. Information now moves far too fast for fact checking. Profit > Getting a story right.

Well you are correct, aside from the natural gas price that affects me directly, I have not paid attention to it. And it has also not affected me yet.
