I'm kind of surprised that dock union people would be against the automation that would put them out of jobs.

I didn't even know there were defamation lawsuits against the MSM, out there.
Trump won this one.

Weird how they only report the bad things about Trump, and not themselves.

I mean, it's going to be a lot more entertaining than the last 4 years...
Michael Dell goes public with his support of smaller government.

The deal that was pitched as relief for hurricane victims, 3 months after the fact? Amazing how Ukraine funding could get done overnight, but American citizens had to wait for this long and counting.
It also gave Congresspeople big raises and improved their medical benefits.
Fuck them and fuck that spending bill.

Been seeing a lot of talk about how Trump is shutting down the government.
Have we reached a new era? Now, the bad stuff doesn't even need to be blamed on the previous administration, any more. It can be blamed on the next one not even in charge, yet.
But nah I'm sure none of it is the dementia president's fault.

Republicans + Democrats in Congress had a deal. Trump said "No!" The deal disappeared. Seems like blaming Trump is logical.

As Patrice O'Neal once said of Jim Norton, and is true here, "He's the shape of whatever container you pour him into."

Trump and Elon love H1-B's.
https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/david-m ... posed-work
The last time I had an opinion about them was the early 2000s, when I worked in a big IT department that had about 20 of them. The opinion back then was that companies in the USA were lying about an "IT shortage" and we needed to import more programmers... when in reality there were plenty of programmers but they wanted to keep salaries low with imported workers.
Is this still the case? Do we not have enough IT workers and need to import? Or do we not have enough IT workers because salaries are kept low with imported labor?
