Walls are super overrated anyway, if Rust has taught me anything. I suggest rocket launchers for border control.
I was willing to entertain the idea that his "I'll build the greatest wall ev4r" and "let's lockout all the Muslims" rhetoric was nothing but bullshit to get elected. It appears he might actually be retarded enough to try both those ideas and waste the resources. Hey, speaking of
wasting resources...
President Donald Trump called on Wednesday for "a major investigation" into voter fraud, following through with baseless claims he has made since November's election alleging millions of illegal votes during the general election without citing any evidence.
Chase that wild goose, Dipshit Drumpf.

There was a bill to build the wall passed in '06 (I think it was) that never happened and was slated for us to pay for it anyway. Never happened because of political interests of both parties. I'll be surprised if he follows through with getting it built at all and would consider it a win irregardless of who pays for it.

Drumpf's answer to Chicago's shitty cops:
President Donald Trump tweeted Tuesday night about Chicago's violence, saying he will "send in the Feds!" if the city "doesn't fix the horrible 'carnage' going on."
This could get hilarious.

Ok so my wife is a collections officer at a local bank, and their delinquency numbers are so low as to be unheard of in the industry. This means she knows what she's doing.
She told me this story tonight:
Yesterday a woman calls her, saying her house payment is going to be late.
My wife asks why, and she says, "Because I'm missing my social security check."
My wife asks her to clarify... it never showed up?
The woman says, "Yes, it's because of Trump. Now my social security is late."
My wife pulls up her bank account, "Well it says here that your SS payment is always direct deposited on the 26th of every month."
"No, it comes earlier than that and now it's late because of Trump."
"Well maam, I'm looking at December... it was the 26th. November, it was the 26th. October, the 26th"
"NO... it's late because of Trump."
I wonder if she marched.

“Unlike the Pekingese he married under, can play the long game,” Whedon wrote, comparing Ivanka to the dog breed.
That's quite unfair. I've actually met some decent Pekingese.

The wall is such a stupid idea. It will be easily circumvented by folks desperate to leave Mexico.
Taking another cue from Rust, what we really need are autoturrets...Hard to climb or dig under a wall when you're dead before you reach it.
Seriously though, while I'm 100% against the wall and I'm 100% behind immigration, illegal immigration has become quite an issue that has to be dealt with somehow. It's not the influx of people that's the problem. It's the refusal to adapt to our culture versus forcing theirs onto us. You don't have to build a stupid wall. Just stop catering to folks who can't speak the language and refuse to "melt" into the melting pot. So instead of spending money on something that will be ineffective, you'd be saving money on not changing our culture to accommodate illegals.
Is it really evil to ask people to learn the language and pay taxes?

Chicago's shitty cops
Yep, it's the cops. The problem certainly isn't all the black people shooting each other.

Remember how people comparing Michelle to an ape was a disgrace? I guess had she been Republican it would have been ok?

Is she even a registered Republican? I know it was brought up that she was unable to vote for her dad in the primaries because she hadn't registered in time as a Republican.
I really don't understand the left's tactics on this. Trump is a liberal. It's that simple. He wants big government and big spending. He has been willing to push his daughter's childcare legislation. He's wanting to to spend a trillion dollars on infrastructure and is getting cozy with the unions. He's a vain and spiteful man. Keep going after him like this and he will flip on these liberal agenda items he has now simply because the left wants them. He will go far right, not out of ideology, but simply out of spite. It's kind of insane.

All "feel", no "think".

Here's one from the left proganda arm over at Daily KOS:
Dan Rather launches FB news group to combat "fake news and alternative facts".
Who's his first hire? Brian Williams?
Here's a guy disgraced for using fake documents to go after the last Republican president, and now he's starting a new group just as the latest Republican takes office?
Sounds completely unbiased...

GOP leaders say Congress will pay for the Wall
I'd be down if this was what they literally meant. It ain't.

Yep, it's the cops. The problem certainly isn't all the black people shooting each other.
Part of the problem is the pigs.
A scathing Justice Department investigation concluded the Chicago Police Department is beset by widespread racial bias, excessive use of force, poor training and feckless oversight of officers accused of misconduct.

He's an insufferable prick.

It's not kneejerk entirely. Some of it is purely deterministic and due to him being a douche. The reactionary part comes from him looking and sounding like a used car salesman from a low-production infomercial thirty years ago.

Damn, they could make almost 12 Obamacare websites for that amount.

This went pretty quickly from "make the Mexicans pay for the wall" to "here's the checkbook."
Ryan suggested some of the remaining money for the wall could come from the Trump administration. He also argued such a project would not add to the budget deficit, saying “we are fiscal conservatives,” and that congressional Republicans will “by the end of 2017 have made good on the goals and policies we ran on.”
What in the fuck? Spending $10B plus change isn't going to add to the budget because ... you're going to outlaw addition?

I haven't seen anything being done yet either way, just a lot of talk. And isn't the wall already half built, anyway? That didn't happen in the last week.

The "wall" we currently have is more a fence. Dipshit Drumpf has been talking concrete and rebar.
