Saw a brief TV clip recently. Some reporter asks Trump is he'll refuse to leave office after Biden is sworn in. Trump looks at her and with a very reasonable tone asks her if she knows how "You know that's a ridiculous thing to ask, right?"

Apparently Trump gave a 46 minute speech that he called "The most important speech I've ever made".
Did he really say this?
