"Peyton still has it all." Well, except feeling in his throwing fingers.

Vikes o-line down another starter.

I've heard that phrase so often in my life that it sounds like a Charlie Brown teacher noise no matter who it comes from. Pretty easy to piss off a Patriots fan, though. Just ask them to play fairly.

The New York Giants and quarterback Eli Manning have agreed on a four-year extension worth $84 million, including $65 million in guaranteed money, sources tell ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

The Giants, according to the sources, agreed to include a no-trade clause in Manning's new deal, which had been a major hurdle in the talks.

Manning's $21 million average in new money on the extension will rank him fourth among quarterbacks in the NFL, behind Aaron Rodgers ($22 million), Russell Wilson ($21.9 million) and Ben Roethlisberger ($21.85 million).

Browns OC: "Our passing game sucks so hard, we can't even bribe someone to play like they give a shit for $9M guaranteed."

RG3 set to duke it out with Colt McCoy for the backup QB spot on one of the league's least promising and least interesting offenses.

Steelers withdraw complaint.

If they were, you know it was Rooney who shot it down. He's protecting the integrity of the league unlike Goodell and the assholes in New England.

I dont see a college football thread so I'll put this here:

We were out at a sports bar for dinner tonight (Jed's), and we didn't know there was a televised football contest going on. Some footballer ran past the line with the ball and the bar erupted loudly, startling my son. "What just happened?" He asked me.

I leaned in close so he could hear me... "Something just happened in sports."

I like to think he'll say that to his own son, someday.

Suh just tackled Morris... then punched him and kicked his helmet off. No call.
