"The rights of Tom Brady and of all NFL players under the collective bargaining agreement were affirmed today by a Federal Judge in a court of the NFL's choosing. We thank Judge Berman for his time, careful consideration of the issue and fair and just result.
"This decision should prove, once and for all, that our Collective Bargaining Agreement does not grant this Commissioner the authority to be unfair, arbitrary and misleading. While the CBA grants the person who occupies the position of Commissioner the ability to judiciously and fairly exercise the designated power of that position, the union did not agree to attempts to unfairly, illegally exercise that power, contrary to what the NFL has repeatedly and wrongfully claimed.
"We are happy for the victory of the rule of law for our players and our fans. This court's decision to overturn the NFL Commissioner again should signal to every NFL owner that collective bargaining is better than legal losses. Collective bargaining is a much better process that will lead to far better results."
Thanks a lot for fucking over your fans, NFL players. I hope you lose every concussion settlement for the next 50 years, you cunts.
Snoop should be Josh Gordon's agent! APPEAL JOSH!!

I can't view that right now, but if his point is: CHEATING should be punished more harshly than doing pot, then AMEN

Trade Summary:
* Multi-Death Corp. gets: John Brown WR ARI, Martavis Bryant WR PIT
* Foosballers gets: Allen Robinson WR JAC, Matt Jones RB WAS; 2016 3rd round pick #4 28th overall
Brown and Palmer are supposed to be the next big thing. But on the flip side, Fitzy is still there. He's Isaac Bruce, Jr. Bryant has a suspension to eat the first ... 4 games, I think? He's also not the dude you want in PPR, but his TD/recep ratio is insane. Both are also dudes you might bank for the future.
Robinson is the #1 dude in Jacksonville until they waste a first round pick on a WR. That said, it's still the Jags and it's still Bortles throwing. Julius Thomas, Allan Hurns, and Marquise Lee (their underwhelming, high round, rookie WR last year) will be competing for a finite, albeit large, number of throws. Matt Jones? Pshaw. You could combine all the rushing on the Redskins this year and it'd still be a middle-of-the-pack result. The value of the third-rounder is the real wildcard, but neither WR you'd get is someone I'd call a third-rounder. Unsuspended, they're both fifth round picks. Bryant gets knocked back a couple because of his substance problems.
In a keeper league, I'd do it. Brown and Bryant have potential to go up in value significantly. Robinson, barring a trade, doesn't.

I actually want to see him stay on the roster, in spite of his personality being about as anti-Malcolm as you can get. I know I only need to watch the five minutes he decides he doesn't suck, then I can flip to another game the rest of the time.
Browns coach Mike Pettine gave some clarity to the Cleveland Browns' running back situation Thursday night, just in time for all those last-minute fantasy drafts.
Who the fuck is drafting a Cleveland running back?

Maybe there's a 40 team league out there somewhere?

With all the platoons going, there might still be 40 RBs I'd pick before remembering the Browns exist. Hell, I'd rather draft this Cleveland Brown:

This is about the lowest I've felt as a Redskins fan.
Hey Stranger, how do I get past this?

Ok, Here's what you do..
You don't.. you accept it.. because when you think that it can't possibly get any fucking worse than it is, it does! You will have to eat poop sandwich every day for the next 10 years and each day that poop sandwich will grow in size and stink more than yesterday's poop sandwich.
But over time you will get used to that poop sandwich because its the only wretched taste in your mouth. You will even come to have feelings and protect that poop sandwich that everyone laughs at you for eating. That poop sandwich is yours and nobody knows what its like to eat that sandwich but you. So maybe sometimes you need to put butter on that poop sandwich to make it more digestible, but other times you will be proud of your poop sandwich and will gladly eat that thing with pride.
But have faith young padawan, for your poop sandwich is still quite small. There will be rough days ahead as you get used to eating a poop sandwich. But you might as well enjoy it, because its all you have.. Just you and your poop sandwich.
The second-year pass rusher, who is best known for punching Jets quarterback Geno Smith inside the team's locker room during an argument about money last month, was signed by his former coach, Rex Ryan, shortly after the Jets cut him.
