Yeah, at this point how can anyone take him seriously without thinking his running mate would also be a great president?

I agree. Unfortunately, there's a video from a townhall she did back in 2008 where she gave a different reason for leaving.
In the 2008 clip, Warren says she 'didn't have the education courses' that were required to continue in the classroom, so she had to return to college
Still close enough. I know I've explained the same thing different ways (all true) based on audience, how I'm feeling, etc.

Either way, I think we're arguing the leaves not the forest. People aren't allowed to discriminate based on sex or pregnancy, but definitely still do.

At last night's Democrat pep rally, which was nothing more than them wrapping themselves in social issues because they know they always get killed on things like economics, Warren makes a statement about marriage by shitting on men.
Morgan Cox, chair of the Human Rights Campaign Board of Directors, asked the Massachusetts senator how she would respond if an "old-fashioned" supporter told her that they believe marriage is between one man and one woman.
"I'm going to assume it is a guy who said that," Warren started. "And I'm going to say, 'Well, then just marry one woman. I'm cool with that.'"
She then paused and shrugged before finishing her joke -- "Assuming you can find one" -- with a deadpan delivery that sent the crowd into loud applause.
Nice to see her misandry on full display, and the morons in the crowd eating it up. How woke of them.

This country needs an enema.

Maybe you're just too sensitive? Maybe you should smile more?

Being a straight white male, I'm not allowed to smile. Hard to smile when you're the greatest evil the world has ever seen and all of its problems are because of you.

What was Gordon's old go to for blame? Chaney/Haliburton/Global Warming? Straight White Males needs to be added to that.

Meh. Biased people making biased argument. They conveniently leave out the April-June gap, the standard get rid of women who are 5 months pregnant (Warren was 4 months in April, when contract extended, 6 in June months when she resigned).

Nursing mother - No one knows if this is true, there are no records.

Cherokee stuff - Clearly she exaggerated what she thought had a shred of truth. Many people have claims of Cherokee ancestry, I grew up with the same claims in my family. (They also do not appear to be true based on DNA testing).

Michael Brown's shooting - Not murder, but she's far from the only person to frame it that way.

Single mother - I have no idea.

So she worked past the 5 month standard...?

This alone makes her a patronizing, lying bitch.

The other three are enough of a pattern to prove there's bullshit, not to mention that she, literally, lies for a living. I would find anyone who takes these claims at face value to be more foolish than someone that doesn't.

Perhaps to finish off the school year?

So, if it happened to other women but not her she's not lying about it happening to her? Trump is making everyone insane.

One story, which is debated, is more important that what is happening? Got it. Reality doesn't matter..

Biden plans to bring ethics back to politics.

Sometimes the jokes write themselves.

I dislike Warren, and don't care for Biden. Still take either 100/100 times and then 1 for extra credit over Russian-Asset-Cheeto-Man.

I don't think anyone here would be shocked by that. :D

I also think you're preaching to the choir. Not too many Trump votes in the forum.

Your right, but it's therapeutic! I let it build up and then spam the politics threads for a day or two :)

I'll probably do it again in November!

Honestly, I look forward to it.

You're farther left than I am, and I enjoy seeing your perspective on things. I truly believe it helps me stay balanced myself.

I don't trust people who refuse to ever listen to the other side's platform.

Perspective is so weird depending on where you live. Back in the Bay i'm practically a die hard right wing Republican with some of my views on social issues. In North Carolina? Total hippy.

I dropped InfoWars from my list of news sites just for sanity sake, but I still get a pretty broad array of sources. I get sick of CNN's repeating headlines as much as the next guy.

BTW - anyone know what the hell happened to RedState.com? It used to be fairly balanced right wing perspective reporting. Now it's just Trump propaganda.
