Wow.
The damages requested: $88,987,654,321.88, a tip of the cap to his case at hand, which centers on the overturned catch by Dez Bryant that arguably swung the Cowboys-Packers divisional round playoff game.

Waiting for the bus.
Brady sounded lawyered up. If I was a ball boy or member of the equipment staff, I would look over my shoulder for a big-ass bus.
I think what the Patriots are doing is daring the NFL to punish them. I think the NFL should take that dare.
Yeah, right. Roger Goodell is the only person around with balls that are more deflated.

Gordon tested positive for alcohol, a source said, confirming a report by Pro Football Talk. The failed test is the latest in a long line of setbacks for Gordon, whose future in Cleveland and the NFL now will be in question.
Really, NFL? Yeah, I get it, the guy was arrested for drunk driving a while ago, but still - no alcohol?

Good players know their equipment. Check out Ted Williams, the human scale.
His biographer Leigh Montville relates the often told story that Hillerich & Bradsby presented Williams with four bats weighing 34 ounces and one weighing 33 1/2 ounces, and challenged him to identify the lighter bat, which he was consistently able to do.
No fucking way Brady doesn't notice the football being weird unless he only uses balls with low PSI. "We're not evil, we're incompetent."
Really, NFL? Yeah, I get it, the guy was arrested for drunk driving a while ago, but still - no alcohol?
If he hadn't tested positive twice before, then they'd probably let it slide. New discipline rules and all that bullshit.

Yes, ethyl alcohol is indeed a drug. It's legal for the most part, but nothing stops the NFL from clamping down harder on their players in spite of the bullshit logic it follows.

The Pro Bowl definitely sucks less the past two years. I'm liking the XP rules. Longer kick and the posts are closer together.

The brief part I saw, they went for a two point conversion. Did anyone try the PAT?

"No one knows the facts," he continued. "I pick 24 balls, that's what I pick. Whatever happened after I did it, and whatever the situation was where they measured them, I have no idea any of those facts. So I try to stay really humble and deal with the facts that I know. When you don't know something, that's all you can say is, 'I don't know.' I know that's not always the answer that people want to hear, but that's the reality."
Wow.

How many players was your team short of a Super Bowl run?
Keeping in mind that the top represents the fewest players needed, and the bottom means your team needs the most help, Cleveland is #7...
Honestly, I don't think that's bullshit. Give them a legit QB and they might be a playoff team, although it's a tough ass division.

HAHAHA.
The NFL nearly found itself double dipping, fining Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch $20,000 for his infamous crotch grabbing and then the league turned out and tried to sell the photo for $149.95.

Odell wasn't 100% this season. Every defensive coordinator has all off-season to watch film on him, though.

Yeah. Saw it on the last score.

Gordon is in Stage Three of the program, and under Stage Three he is tested for alcohol for a minimum of two years.

Kicker bitches that the Pro Bowl seemed to pick on kickers. Come the fuck on. Half of your job is kick PATs, which are so close to automatic it's laughable. Drop them back 10 or 15 yards. The other half is kicking FGs. Again, anything under 30 yards is goddamned near given. The posts should narrow the closer the kick is to the end zone. Want a 15-yarder? Fine. The posts are 10 yards apart, then, and they widen to maximum for a, I don't know, 50-yarder.
