I've been meaning to post this forever but kept forgetting.
So I showed my kid this vid when you first posted it, we both had a good chuckle at it.
Then like a month later at Motor City 2016 Comicon, there was a girl there dressed as Matt.... and my kid called her out first thing. She said NO ONE was getting who she was, so she gave him a card...

Daisy is out there hinting about Rey's parents.
If it's so obvious, then the answer has to be Han and Leia.
It can't be the alien fellow who appears to be Kylo Ren's boss. Different species.
It can't be Kylo himself as he's too young, so no "I am your father!" line for him.
Since the biggest criticism about The Force Awakens is how Abrahms just made an updated A New Hope, then Han and Leia make the most sense. Remember, Vader's kids were hidden from him and that's why he didn't know about them and why they didn't know about each other.
Same shit here. Kylo went nuts, Leia sent Rey away to protect her, and Han never met her because he didn't stick around long enough.
I expect Luke will drop the word "niece" to her at some point in the next film.

Do you think they are twins, or just sibs?
I have a funny image of them being twins. The boy is born, Han stares at him for 20 seconds and says, "Fuck this parenting thing, I'm out." 40 seconds later, the girl is born so Han doesn't know about her.
But that would make the weird hug at the end mother/daughter.

You could say Han left before knowing Leia was pregnant, and thus, never knew about Rey, but wouldn't that suck since he's dead?
What I think they'll do is play this up as Rey was their secret. Not telling anyone about her, including her, was meant to keep her safe from Kylo. That totally explains Leia's hug after Rey returns and Han's death is revealed to her. It also explains away her snub of Chewie, and if Chewie was in on it, his no selling said snub. I mean, he'd understand mom and daughter hugging it out before the best friend got a hug.
What it doesn't explain is why Leia didn't tell her after Han's death, but maybe she wants her to find Luke first?

Rey wasn't in hiding. She was practically sold into slavery on a harsh desert planet where she easily could have - and probably almost did - starve to death. Whoever her parents are, if they were trying to keep her safe they did a damn shitty job of it.

This is also an excellent point.
Wasn't there a shot of someone standing with her when the ship was flying away? Perhaps she was left with someone who died, and since Leia didn't want to have links to the person, didn't know?
I don't think this mystery is as obvious to figure out as Daisy thinks.

That really seems like the only option, especially since I can't think of any other well known female Star Wars character of the proper age. If not Han, then who? So, yeah.

"It should be obvious" is a huge spoiler in and of itself, because it suggests characters we already know. Nothing else happens in the galaxy of 400 trillion people except for the 20 people we have names for.

Family Guy did a great line on this during one of their Star Wars episodes. It mocks the lack of women and takes a shot at women.
Han (Peter) - "That's Mon Mothma and she's apparently the only other woman in the universe."
Leia (Lois) - "I don't like her."
