Haslam speaks. Again, said the man who listens to homeless dudes for drafting advice.

With a 2014 draft class loaded with talent and making immediate impacts across the league, Pettine and Farmer will ultimately bear the responsibility for Manziel and Gilbert, especially when the Browns could have walked away with -- pick a name -- Odell Beckham and Kelvin Benjamin.

NFL banned teams from moving to LA.
When did they do this?
Maybe banned was too strong of a word, but I swear I read that word in an article title.
Things looked hopeful for fans earlier this year after commissioner Roger Goodell stated he would like to see a team in Los Angeles. But any sense of optimism was deflated last week after reports surfaced that Goodell told teams interested in relocating that there would be no moves made in the 2015 season.

Manziel predicts his future.
Manziel apologized to the team, veterans, etc. "Either i'm going to learn or I'm going to be finding something else to do"

Bets on which one?

My quote was about Mike Smith, former coach of the Atlanta Falcons, not Lovie Smith current coach of the clearly tanking Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

But I understand your confusion as they look like twins.

Yeah Lovie Smith probably got mad props for that. They almost lost the #1 pick before he snipped the brake lines at half time.

One shitty team's coach looks pretty much like another shitty team's coach.

"Mr. Smith, were you tanking in that game?"

"No."

"But you were punting on first down."

"Alright, you want the truth? Fuck yeah we were tanking! We need that #1 pick. Bitch, you see how many people are getting fired tomorrow? They call it Black Monday because it's an annual thing. This is my job! It's my life! What the fuck am I going to do without the NFL? Greet motherfuckers at Walmart!? A coach is as good as his QB, and have you seen the disasters on this roster? I'm a dead man walking with these bums! Fuck them! I need Marriota or Winston and I pray whoever we get is decent. Even if they're not, they'll buy me two more years of job security at a minimum!"

"But don't you owe it to the players to win?"

"You think the players don't want a better QB? You think they want to bust ass on defense so some scrub can go 3 and out in the next series? You think those WRs want to linger in mediocrity? You think they know fantasy players don't want their asses because there's nobody to throw them the ball? Ask Andre Johnson how that's worked out for him or ask Larry Fitzgerald how much fun it is playing for a clown car of QBs! Truth is, we have to pretend that we want to win every game, and if this was college football, we would care. However, this is a business and tanking happens. It's a tool to protect yourself and insure your future. If you think otherwise, I've got a bridge to sell you."

Suspended for one game. Hopefully they lose due to bad run and pass rush D. They need to jettison this fucker during the off-season.

I was watching that game with my FIL. Suh did what he could to make it look unintentional, but it still looked intentional to me. He clearly knew he was stepping on something other than ground, yet had no issues with his gait or balance, and was able to step pretty smoothly. In my experience, you're a little surprised when the ground under one foot is 6" higher than under the other foot.

Tampa should have tanked. The season was (is) over, look at the future. I wish the Redskins had tanked a bit more.

Bills need a QB. Good for him.

Brady restructured his contract for more cap room next year (boo).~

Hey Browns, you draft QBs like the old WB network used to greenlight shows. Are you ready to continue the running gag that is your search for someone who can consistently keep the turnover to TD ratio to ... let's be optimistic ... two to one?

Browns: Two words, Malcolm. "Fuck" and "yes."

Steelers grabbed Tate just in case Bell can't go.

I look for Ben to be given the opportunity to throw another 6 TD game. Without Bell, and even with a limited Bell, I think the Steelers will ask Ben and Brown to win this game against a suspect Ravens secondary.

Fucker won his appeal. $70K fine, no suspension. Fuck Suh.

According to NFL Media's Judy Battista, Suh was considered a first-time offender by the repeat offender policy, modified in 2014. Since the Detroit defender went 32 straight games without a player-safety violation, which includes the postseason and preseason, he earned a clean slate.

You're shitting me.

One the one hand, I want him punished. On the other hand, I want Dallas to lose.

OK, kidding aside, the banned should have stayed. And preseason games are meaningless, and shouldn't count towards good behavior.

Ryan interviewing with 49ers and Falcons.

Maybe he is interested in being Redskins' D coordinator?
