From the department of the obvious...
The Giants are almost a lock to keep Tom Coughlin in 2015, and the coach might have Odell Beckham to thank for it.

Might?

RG3's public tongue lashing.
"That's never going to happen again -- my quarterback taking a six-yard loss when he could throw it away," Gruden said, in front of a room of RGIII's peers.

"Yes, sir," replied Griffin.

It did happen, however. Often.

Critiquing Griffin in private didn't seem to work, so Gruden took it public -- for better or worse.

Are you personnel-oriented? The Jets want you.

If Baltimore loses to Cleveland today they should fold the franchise or let that Harbaugh go to Michigan.

Carolina: "We're not dead yet." Also, the Rams are shutting the Seahawks out in Seattle for at least half a game.

Andre Johnson is right about JJ Watt needing to be the NFL MVP. This guy is a once in a lifetime kind of player. He's an unstoppable force that other players voted as the best defensive player in the league. He has 20 sacks each of the last two years. That's never been done. He plays on offense. He has more defensive TDs than entire teams.

The NFL needs to show that players other than QBs, RBs, and WRs matter or why should the fans care.

Him, or Murray. Both of those players make their teams so much better than they would be otherwise.

He's caught more TD passes than all KC WRs combined. Course, I'm tied with KC's WRs. If we're talking "valuable" then I have to go JJ. If Murray's gone, they've got Dez. If JJ's gone, the Texans have no superstar or spark plug on D.

I think JJ's chances are strong. I don't think anyone can ignore him single-handedly winning games anymore.

Panther/Cardinals now the early Saturday game!

Drew Brees will break Peyton Manning's yardage record, and 6,000 is possible
Robert Griffin III will be a top 10 quarterback
The Ravens will have offensive problems
Peyton Manning won’t throw 50 touchdowns again … or 40, either
The Broncos will beat the Seahawks in Seattle
Trent Richardson will be a 1,000-yard back
Cam Newton's contract extension talks will get ugly
Calvin Johnson won't be the best receiver in his division. It won't be Jordy Nelson or Brandon Marshall, either [Alshon Jeffery]
Josh Gordon will play this season
The NFL will announce the Raiders are moving back to Los Angeles
Sure hope he's right about RG3.
Well, he sure wasn't right about RG3.
Drew Brees got around 5,000 yards.
Peyton manning, 39 TDs.
Ravens did have offensive problems.
Seahawks beat Broncos.
Richardson - 519 yards
Newton - No idea. I don't remember hearing about it getting ugly.
Based on yards, Jordy Nelson had the best NFC North WR year.(1,433; with 13 TDs). Next up in the division was Golden Tate at 1,286, 4 TDs; then Randall Cobb - 1,207 and 10 TDs. Alshon Jefferey was 4th.
NFL banned teams from moving to LA.
Josh gordon did play.

Start the rebuilding years now. Hell, I'd even be open to trading Ben away for draft picks. You telling me St. Louis wouldn't give us a bunch of picks right now for him?

Give me a year or two of sucking rather than 5 years of "ok, but not good enough to win the whole thing" teams.
I want a rebuilding year like the Steelers are having.

When did they do this?
