You should mind yer own business cuz ever since I discovered these things prevent 95% of my brutal pollen allergies I never take 'em off before the snow hits the ground. And then I also don't take 'em off after because they keep my wee li'l nose warm.

Nor should you. You do you and knowing your situation, I completely understand. Doesn't negate my point about people, genuinely still worried about Covid, doing it alone in their car or outdoors and away from people.
