There are lots of viruses that can act like that which we cannot detect. Ever been allergy tested?

I have covid for the 2nd time now. It's much milder than round 1 was 2 years ago. No fever, some drainage, a non-productive cough, and very tired.
Stay awake for football!

No, because I don't have any allergies.

Well sure, but I'm 53 and this would be the first time one ever presented as such.

I know.
I question the need to get allergy tested because one time I got sick.
It was probably the same thing as my peripheral neuropathy: "We don't know, must be aliens."

The Netherlands to make Bill Gates stand trail in some case about damage from the vaccines.
That's the best link about the story I could find.
I didn't see who the plaintiff is, if it's an entity, gov, or persons, but this is about a Dutch judge declaring they do indeed have jurisdiction over Gates. The lawsuit is just about how he and his org pushed the Covid vaccines knowing they were not completely effective or safe.
Speaking of...
Anyone know what is different from the original vaccines and the annual boosters they do now? Are they now the same tech as the flu shot?

Same tech as previous shots, different targeted strain, afaik.

I said from the beginning it may be serious, but the threat was overblown, compared to our response to it. All the damage we're living with today, going forward, was our response to the virus, and not the virus itself.

Almost half of the Covid deaths in Greek hospitals during the Omicron variant weren't related to Covid.

Question:
I'm 350lb, type 1 diabetes, and I don't know. . .something else. I'm super unhealthy, but not dead. At any point, I can make some changes and start down a healthier path potentially leading to a longer life. But again, I'm not dead. Things are being managed with meds, etc. While my life would probably be shorter than my healthy friend who eats well and exercises, but again I'm not dead yet. If we let this play out, odds are very strong that I die before my friend. But as of right now, all signs point to me making it another day, week(s), or year(s).
Now, we are walking down the street and we both get hit by the same bus. I die, he does not. If I was not so heavy with all the other issues, I could have had a much better chance of surviving. That's obvious. But, I was not dead before being hit. I was still alive.
What goes on my death certificate as the cause of death? Hit by a bus, or diabetes?

That's what goes on there.
This is very argument many folks were saying during the height of Covid. Every death was being attributed to Covid even when it really wasn't the cause or if all it did was put the final nail in the coffin. I think, at the time, there was financial incentive to do so?

I think the people making the shots and the tests made a shitload of money.
I also think there were a whole lot of people not connected to it who wanted to throw around "I have no respect for people with no respect for science. Papers plea... errr, I mean, let me see your vaccination card, citizen."

The politically correct response would have been "AIDS?"

Not sure I'm following, or maybe you aren't. I would argue it WAS the bus that killed me. Not my other issues. Had I not been hit by the bus, I would not be dead. So why would you blame my death on Diabetes? Also, obviously, the bus is covid.
My brother in law had a heart attack in 2020. Made it to the hospital and that was the first thing they did, was test him for covid. He was positive. He kept saying he had a cold (he didn't believe in covid). Luckily, he didn't die. Now, he's not the most healthy person, so it's not surprising that covid was able to stress his heart to a near death extent. He's doing fine now. No more heart attacks, eats better, etc. Also hasn't had covid again. Point is, had he not had covid, he'd have been fine, just like he was before/after covid. So why can't covid be the cause of death? Why does it not count because it was "the straw"? I mean, everyone has issues. I'm overweight now. If I get hit by a bus should my weight be listed as a partial cause because maybe if I wasn't I could have lived? Should every ailment be listed on the certificate with a percentage representing its participation in the death? No. Did Kobain die from depression brought on by being married to Courtney or from a shotgun blast? Or is the shotgun "the straw" and his certificate should read "Depression" as the cause of death? If covid hadn't been invented a LOT of people would still be alive today. So why would covid be the cause of their death?

Yeah, we're on the same page.
Whatever was the straw that broke the camel's back is usually called the COD. However, other factors are listed in death reports. For example: If someone weighed 600 pounds, had type 2 diabetes, heart problems, smoked, and did crack, those conditions would all be listed as factors in the death even if they ultimately died because a relative or friend wrapped a cable around their neck and did the world a favor.
Covid was, mostly, only killing people who were already in the process of dying or had conditions that were severely impacting their overall health.
There was abuse/fraud going on though as hospitals were getting some payoff of tens of thousands per Covid patient, so people who got shot were dying of Covid. That's what I was referring to in my original post.

Cobain's death report would absolutely say self-inflicted gunshot. However, his death also goes to depression statistics.
This is where it gets interesting according to the law. A young man killed himself several years back. He did the deed. Nobody helped him. However, a woman was convicted of his murder because she talked him into it. So, even though he did it, she was his COD.
Could we say Courtney was Kurt's COD? Maybe, but there's no point in proving that in court. There's no law against being such an insufferable twat that your partner decides death is a better option than dealing with you.

True, but a lot would still be dead. This is why "Other factors" is important. Not saying Covid shouldn't be listed as COD, but if someone is about to unavoidably fall over a cliff and you run up and nudge them slightly, did you kill them?

We also have to look at the large spike in numbers of deaths, and then the leveling back out. Had covid not been around, would that spike be there? Something caused all those extra deaths. I don't think it was just diabetes having a good year. So yes, alot of those people would have still died. But a lot of extra people did too.

Yeah, I'm not arguing that
Also, just a relevant meme I just stumbled upon. Some of those conspiracy theorists died, but posting because the people on the other end of the spectrum were just as batshit crazy. I still see people driving alone while wearing a mask. WTF are you doing?

But at least they're still alive!!!
I was always a 'masks and social distancing help' person. To this day, I still maintain 6 feet when in line, and wear a mask in some situations. I wear a mask when I'm going to be around a concentrated group of people. DMV, doctor/dentist office, etc. I don't wear one in Home Depot or Walmart. I don't touch my face after touching public stuff (doors, carts, etc). Lots of stuff they told us to do back then. I (and my wife who does the same) have not been sick in over 4 years. For as long as I can remember, we were sick at least once a year with whatever was going around at the time. So, either all that stuff helps, or it's just a 4 years running coincidental stroke of luck. And I'll tell you what, wearing a mask for a total of about 5 hours per year and having hand sanitizer in the car has been a very fair trade off to not having a cold (or worse) for 2-5 weeks!
So, I don't put myself in the 'normal' category, but I do share some beliefs.
