I've paid enough for events at TCF Stadium this year. Have yet to see a NFL game.

I'm going to Redskins/Titans and Redskins/Rams.
I may just drown my sorrows both games.

How long until the Raiders fire the interim coach?
The talent-deficient Raiders are 0-4 and just lost Derek Carr to an injury that could sideline the rookie quarterback several weeks. Matt Schaub has been away from the team due to a personal matter and Matt McGloin struggled badly in relief of Carr on Sunday.
Carr: injured.
Schaub: all reports say his arm is not NFL strength anymore.
McGloin: JaMarcus Russell 2.0.
The QB gods are angry this year.

One of the ESPN analysts was talking about what it's like to be in a FF league with a NFL player. Said someone shot down his trade because they talked to all the players involved and thought better of it.

Cowboy faces sexual assault.
The real reason I posted this article was to point out that Ray Rice punched his wife and his career is probably over. If Spillman is found guilty here his career is likely done. Adrian Peterson's career is in limbo for using a switch and going overboard with it on his child, and he certainly won't play this year. Dwyer (I forget his first name) beat up his girlfriend and child and he looks to also be a former NFL player.
Meanwhile:
On Monday, the team welcomed the return of defensive tackle Josh Brent to the team. Brent was convicted of intoxication manslaughter resulting in the death of his best friend and Cowboys practice squad player Jerry Brown.
Brent spent five months in jail and 45 days in a rehab facility before he was released. He was suspended for the first 10 weeks of the season but after the league failed to hear his appeal, it was amended, and while he still can't play in a game until Week 10, he's now allowed to work out and take part in meetings with the Cowboys.
So the message here is that if you harm a woman or child your career is over, but kill another man and that's 10 games.

Waiting for Ponder to get injured so the entire TNF audience can see something potentially worse than last season's anti-barn burner (barn waterer?) of MNF's Giants v. Vikes game.

One redeeming point of tonight's game:
While my opponent has Aaron Rodgers... he's also starting:
Asiata
Patterson
Walsh (Vikings Kicker)
Vikings' D
Best part: He has Packers' D on the bench.

Playing against Lacy in keeper PPR against the most evil motherfucker on planet Earth. Figures the Vikes are handing him the game.
Going against Rodgers in non-keeper standard, I should still pull that out if the Steelers D can kill the Jags.

Good luck with that.

I have Lacy in my keeper league. That worked out well. I may just pull out the upset this week.

I'll take those 25 fantasy points, but damn I watched the replays and Lacy looks like he's gonna get a concussion on 50% of his runs. Make sure you have a backup.

NFL record holder released.
Hakeem Nicks is psychotic.
"I still view myself as the best receiver in the league," Nicks said this week, via The Indianapolis Star. "That expectation ain't never going to change. I'll get a chance to prove it eventually."

WOW. Panthers - Best play I've seen this season.
Bears are punting, punt returner gets nailed before he can catch the ball. People try to jump on the ball, punt returner gets up, dusts himself off, sees the ball, grabs it, and returns it for a TD.

Betting Brian Quick is held catchless for the first time this season. Because I'm playing him. Also betting Andre Johnson somehow finds the end zone. Because I benched him.
The lack of scoring in Texas is killing me. Starting Murray in standard non-keeper and Arian in the catt league. Wtf?

Apparently that was the only play the Panthers are capable of. Wow.

Fourteen yards and a score later...
