Good luck. I doubt they'll cancel something this close to its date, but you never know.
Ohio and Michigan schools have just met and I know Michigan teachers get briefed tomorrow, Ohio teachers this afternoon. I've heard they'll be asked to prepare 10-14 days worth of lessons for kids to do from home.
I just left a coronavirus meeting for my company and was asked to get laptops ready for our salaried folks who don't already have them so they can work from home.
Our annual meeting is in the beginning of May and I have a feeling it's going to be canceled or virtualized (that discussion has happened as well).

We've got everyone VPN ready now. But honestly, our office's bandwidth is kinda terrible (think home cable internet) for uplink, so we'd probably just have to have everyone whitelist to Amazon for access. But, hopefully the cloud stays up.
